Error code: "PJ"

Press the roll paper button for at least three seconds to clear the jam if you are printing on a roll paper.

This error code shows that the CR pass count reaches the limit.To resolve this error code, clear the CR motor Counter. Then check the ink tubes for any defects and listen to the CR motor. Place the motor in its location and check for any noises. This error code also shows other similar ones which include: IEB (Ink Empty black) and IEC(Ink Empty Color) which means that you need to replace the ink cartridges.
