Epson® Stylus® 1400 Photo Inkjet Printer Review

Epson Stylus 1400 is an inkjet color photo printer which delivers long-living high quality color prints. Epson Stylus 1400 uses a 6-color advanced DX5 MicroPiezo ink jet technology, an optimized technology for photo printing. Epson Stylus Photo 1400 sprays out ink drops as small as 1.5 picoliters which results in the finest quality of printing color photos. As Epson Stylus 1400 uses DX5 MicroPiezo print head and pigment-based, dye-based inks the delivered image prints can last for a long period.

Epson Stylus 1400 is designed in such a way to suit the needs of professionals who works mainly with colors, graphics. It is widely used in creating digital portfolio as it enables CD/DVD direct printings. It also provides vivid, sharp and large-sized prints for everyday projects. Epson Stylus 1400 also provides ink cartridge yields based on the ISO / IEC 24711 and 24712 standards which result in printing 470 pages using black cartridge and it prints 810 pages per color. It works in operating systems of Microsoft Windows, Windows Vista and Windows 7 and also with Macintosh. The color management used in Epson Stylus 1400 is Photo Enhance and ICM or ColorSync with ICC profiles. Cameras and other such devices can be directly connected to Epson Stylus 1400 using Exif and PictBridge port (cameras / phones). It also provides high speed connectivity through USB 2.0.
