When the scanner is not detected by the computer, reconnecting and reconfiguring the printer can fix the issue. It can be reconnected easily by simply disconnecting the USB cable and reconnecting it. In case the error has occurred while writing to EPUSB, the error maybe due to a wrong scanning device selected in the Stylus CX6000 software. Selecting EPSON CX5900/CX6000/DX6000 on the “Select Scanner” screen of the EPSON Scan can fix the problem.
