How to install HP printer on your computer system?
HP printers are very useful for multiple computer networks and offices. HP printers come with the software that will help you with the installation process and the management of your printer network. For installing the HP printer, you have to insert the CD in the CD drive of your computer. This will provide an initial set-up to the software. You may choose a location to install printer software and then turn on the printer. Please do not connect the printer to the computer unless the software asks you to do so. After that choose a printer name and IP address. You may choose either static or dynamic IP address. If you are using larger networks, it is better to use static IP address. Then press ‘continue’ button to complete the installation process. It takes only a few minutes to complete the installation process. If you are choosing a network connection, you can install the printer on other computers. For that, click ‘Start’ button then click on ‘Printers and Faxes’. After that click on ‘Add a printer’. This will install the printer on the other computer. You can also use the printer manual for easy installation.
