To recover this error, first you have to turn off and turn on the device. Then you have to load the paper trays. After loading, you have to replace the paper tray 1 or 2 with paper feed rollers. For replacing, you have to pull any one of the paper tray out fully. You have to pull the tray out of the device. Then, you can see three feed rollers. You have to pull the white paper guide which is in the front of feed rollers and remove each roller. Then, you have to install the new feed rollers. Then, you have to re install the paper tray.
