Error: "Fatal Error 140"
The "Fatal Error 140" means that the bottom-up process of the image is not working the drum properly. The error code 140 means the error with the yellow drum. 141 and 142 indicate problems with the magenta and cyan, respectively.Â You could try the reintegration of drums for the first image and then you replace the toner cartridges. Also you must replace all the spring for the contact sensor.
Error Code 020 occurs when there is a problem with the power supplied to the printer. It must be ensured that the power cable is connected directly to the socket in the wall. Also you could try replace the cable or use a different network, if this problem is persistent.
