Solve the Printer Connection Problems
There are a lot of printers available in the market. Some printers provide the options for connecting them from the ever reliable USB port, Wi-Fi, local area network connection and even Bluetooth. You may face a range of printer errors, such as “Unable to connect the printer”, “Printer could not be started” and “Access denied”. In the first case, you have to check the cable connection for the printer. Often, it will be a loose connection; the cables may be loosely plugged in. Sometimes, issues may come up due to viruses or driver problems. For solving this issue, first restart the computer and try to print a document. Another thing is to check if your printer is properly powered up and check if the power cables are firmly plugged in, and check your USB cable is properly connected or not.

Solve network printer problem
For the network printer, you can solve the problems through some simple steps. First, you have to open its computer management dialog box by right clicking on 'My Computer' icon and choose 'Manage' option. It will open the computer management window. Go to 'Local users and computer' and click on 'Users'. You will get a guest account that was established while you were working onto domain /workgroup environment. After that you have to uncheck 'account is disabled' option and restart that computer with which you have attached the printer physically.
Solve using Device Manager
You have to open the Device Manager to fix such issues. If the printer is showing yellow exclamation mark, delete the entry for printer in Device manager and then restart the computer. Windows operating system will reinstall it on the reboot and with the correct drivers.
You can solve the printer problem by reinstalling the driver also. First, uninstall the existing driver and then reboot your computer. After that, install the driver from the installation CD package that came with the printer. Make sure that you have the latest driver version. You can also go to your manufacturer’s website and download drivers.
