We have a Lexmark C544dn. It will not print black from two of our office computers, but will print both black and color from the rest of the computers in the office. One of the computers that it’s not printing black from is a Samsung laptop. Is there anything you could suggest?

The other computers printing ‘black’ fine indicates that there is no problem with the cartridge. Try these steps on the machines you are facing the issue with:
1. Update the drivers for the printer. You can download the latest drivers for your operating system from the Lexmark website or use the disk that came with the printer.
2. Try to print using a different program.
3. If the problem pertains to a particular program, try uninstalling and reinstalling it.
