Necessity of Sharing Printer
Printers are devices that help the users to print documents and other files from it. As a resource, the printer is not used frequently. So it will not be a good practice to buy a printer for each of your computer. You can use a single printer for printing from different computers. This can be done by sharing the printer on a network. Once shared, the printer can be used to print from any computer that is within the network. This benefits the users in saving much of money and also allowing them to use the same resource for different computers.
