Annan and Bird purchases Heidelberg® Press

Annan and Bird Lithographers is a renowned Canada-based consolidated graphics company. To ensure a higher production and output at a quicker speed, the entity has recently purchased 64” Speedmaster XL 162VLF press from the famous press maker Heidelberg.

“The purchase of the new 64" Heidelberg is a further testament to Annan & Bird’s commitment to answering our customers’demands to improve quality, support brand integrity through repeat consistency,and shorten turn times, all while reducing the environmental impact of print" said John Bird, president of Annan & Bird.

The press is a 6–color model that features Pinrect Impress Control in-line color measurement and control. It also comprises of an aqueous coater.

The all new VLF press comes with a full coverage of 3 years service and is backed by Heidelberg’s System service 36 plus program. The machine will help Annan and Bird in producing a high quality outcome within a short time span.
