Repairing one’s appliances isn’t an easy task since looking for those small metal and plastic parts takes time. Some of the metal parts cannot be even reproduced. To curb this problem, a hacklab site from Finland has made replica of a small part of a dishwasher – Matsui MF654EWN. The uniqueness about this is the fact that this replica is made using a 3D printer.
Additionally, one of the popular 3D Printing design site ThingVerse also showcases various replacement printing plans. There are a total of 2,765 3D printing plans available.
There is still time for a common man to start using 3D printers. However, many organizations have already made big plans that will help people explore various aspects of printing rather than those that are merely limited to a plain paper.
Whether it’s mending your appliances or human organs, 3D printers are the new trend that has left everyone amazed with its creations.
