If you have a printer connected to your computer that is running on OS X, then there is a good piece of news for you. Apple has released a plethora of printer driver updates for devices that are powered by OS X operating system.
How to download the printer driver updates for Apple’s OS X systems?
The printer driver updates are available for download in Apple’s Software Update utility. The printer driver updates are specifically meant for printing devices from major brands such as Canon, Epson, Lexmark, Infotec, Gestenter, Ricoh, Savin, Lanier, InfoPrint, and NRG. The installation packages consist of all the printer drivers from a specific manufacturer, so installing all of them will be sheer wastage for most home users. In some cases the packages of drivers are less in size, whereas in other cases the size goes up to a few hundred megabytes.
