Fuji Xerox® Takes The Printer To The Commercial Market
Fuji Xerox is now making its Phaser 7800 printer presence felt in the commercial printing market. The corporation has decided to pitch $7000 as its price.
Phaser 7800 is not merely an office laser printer, but also comprises a near-offset quality along with the features of a graphics device.
The printer has the capacity of handling the stock weights of as much as 75 to 350 gsm and can also print 45 pages per minute at the 1200×2400 dpi. Additionally, the printer also provides PhaserMatch 5.0 to provide printed documents with color matching.
Phaser 7800 also comprises the option of booklet-making and an interface with troubleshooting videos.
Fuji Xerox product sourcing and planning manager Michael Johnson told ProPrint “despite being an office laser printer, the Phaser 7800 had near-offset quality and could almost be described as a graphics device.”
The printer is a good buy for commercial purposes at a price of $6,999.
