Konica Minolta Holdings Inc. and Konica Minolta Business Technologies Inc. have officially declared that Konica Minolta has recently signed a global sales agreement with the Komori Corporation.
Since the commercial printing market has been adopting new and sophisticated digital printing systems every now and then, it has become mandatory for the companies to adopt the innovative and newer systems.
Konica Minolta has hence entered into a global sales agreement with Komori Corporation. The major purpose behind such an agreement is also to build a proactive output environment that in a way contributes to the business development by offering innovative products and services.
As of now, Konica Minolta provides Komori with bizhub presses that include bizhub PRESS C8000. However, w.e.f. from May 2012, the entity will supply Komori with bizhub PRESS series on OEM basis and in the four Japenese regions, Europe, China, and the U.S.
Additionally, Konica Minolta is planning to show a technology exhibit of an inkjet digital printing system that is under collaborative development with Komori Corporation.
