Pantum Printer Coming to U.S.
China released its first ever locally made printer way back in December 2010, and now it is ready to be launched globally. The Pantum laser printer by Seine Technology was produced using the company's own technology. Seine Technology has confirmed that the Pantum printer has already been shipped to Australia, which will then be delivered to European markets and the U.S.
The CEO of Seine Technology, Jackson Wang, said, "Pantum is now officially launched around the globe. We not only have to be successful domestically, but also internationally. This is the right choice for long-term development."
With Pantum, the company has high hopes to make it big in the printer industry. It plans to do so by using its unique Chinese roots and in its approach to technology.
According to the company, the current printer market is totally controlled by players who have reduced the value of printers by producing poorly made printers.
Seine Technology stated, "In a quest to attract the best possible customers, printing industry suppliers have been battling each other to arrive at the lowest possible printer purchase price. They have replaced value with low purchase price in order to get consumer buyers attention and the business buyer has been abandoned in this process."
Pantum Global Product Manager, Ken Cloud, added that Pantum, which is an unknown player in the printer market, will make printer users think in a different way. Users will now focus more on "buying value" instead of "buying cheap".
So, get ready for the new device in town, which will make you stop thinking about buying cheap printers, and help you buy value printers.
