Printing direct mail is now possible in office as well

Printing direct mail is now possible in office premises as well, courtesy the efforts of Convertible Solutions. The company has reformatted three of its most popular Fold ‘N Go pressure seal products that would enable them to run through 8.5” X 11” home and business printers. The products, namely, Single Pull-Tab Mailer, V-Fold Mailer & Z-Fold Mailers, were previously compatible with digital presses only. They can now be printed on standard toner-based printers as well.

According to Patty Swihart, National Sales Manager, “Our customers understand the value of quality in their direct marketing pieces. This new size brings the high-end features of pull tabs, removable cards, message security and coated papers to any business with a laser printer.”

“Pressure seal finishing is no longer limited to low quality forms or simple tri-fold paper fliers," as explained by David Lake, Director of Operations."With these pre-converted coated stocks, high quality marketing pieces with great image and color quality can be produced at relatively low cost. We anticipate rapid adoption by ad agencies and print shops that can design and print short-run mailings in-house.” David Lake said.

Convertible Solutions is a subsidiary of Inter-State Studio and Publishing Company. Apart from supplying specialized direct mail substrates, Convertible Solutions also provides substrates for digital printing and photo book manufacturing.
