All of us are familiar with Tinkercad; the entity that introduced a browser based 3D printing CAD to everyone. Recently, Tinkercad has unveiled a new addition to their service wherein it aims to introduce 3D printing to a wider group of users.
The main focus is to make printers more convenient and easy for the users and to help them print easily. This will also include integration with the 3D printing services that are offered by Ponoko. The best part is that the service will be offered free of cost.
“A key part of learning is having great tools at your disposal. Tinkercad has previously won several awards for its user interface but we wanted to raise the bar further. Based on user testing and intensive research we are confident the new interface makes it possible for even more people to enjoy learning about design and 3D printing,” says Kai Backman the CEO and co-founder of Tinkercad.
